Order Confirmation

We accept payments by Creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact, SOFORT Banking, KBC/CBC Payment Button and Belfius Direct Net. You can also choose to pay the amount indicated on the order confirmation by bank transfer, using the IBAN codes and BIC codes (if you reside outside The Netherlands). Our account details are:

Delivery times

All orders will be dispatched as fast as possible once your payment has been confirmed. We will send the order confirmation to the email address that you indicated on your account. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing your order details and tracking number, which you can use to track your order online. Deliveries are made within 3-10 business days after your order has been dispatched. Please note that postal and/or customs delays can occur and are outside of our control. The risk of damage or loss of the ordered goods passes to the buyer from the moment of delivery.
European orders are dispatched by PostNL or DPD which will require a signature upon receipt.
 

Shipping costs

We offer standard shipping on orders to all countries except Russia and North Korea. Once your delivery address is confirmed, shipping costs are calculated automatically on the checkout page. The customer must pay any additional charges for Customs clearance and Duties.
In the unlikely event that you haven’t received your order within 14 business days, please e-mail us at info@bronteshop.com including your order number.

Taxes and Import Duties UK

For orders with a value exceeding £135, import duties and taxes are calculated at delivery. Please note that the total cost may add approximately 30% to the original price of goods. Import duties by UK customs may vary depending on what the item is, what material it is made from, and the declared value.

Taxes and Import Duties USA

All orders above a certain amount may be subject to import duties and any additional fees. 

For returns of orders delivered to an address within the United States, the refund will only include the purchase price of the items. This means that the return amount will not include shipping costs, local taxes, or import duties.

Taxes and import duties excluding EU, UK, and USA.

Online orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties, additional charges, and local taxes, depending on the chosen destination and the product ordered. If you would like more information on this, we recommend contacting the customs office of the respective country.

Return Policy

You can return your item within 14 days from the moment you receive your delivery. All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered and have all the original labels attached. The original packaging must also be included. Returns that do not meet our return policy will be sent back to you at your cost. We're unable to offer a refund for products that are made-to-order or customized to your size.
In case of a return, we advise you to use an insured shipping service as products are your responsibility until the products arrive at our warehouse. We refund the net value of the returned item(s), excluding shipment costs. We do not offer a free return policy.
Due to the consequences of Brexit, UK customers should be aware of major problems when returning items. Extra charges may be deducted from the product value in case Vice Versa BV has to pay import duty for a returned item.
